Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Utah Tree Med website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
Services
Utah Tree Med provides professional tree care services including but not limited to tree trimming, removal, stump grinding, pest control, health assessments, and emergency cleanup. All services are performed by trained professionals in accordance with ISA standards.
Estimates & Pricing
All estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may vary if conditions differ from those observed during the initial assessment. We will communicate any changes before proceeding with work.
Liability
Utah Tree Med carries comprehensive liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. While we take every precaution to protect your property, we are not liable for pre-existing conditions, underground utilities not properly marked, or damage caused by factors beyond our control.
Cancellation Policy
We understand plans change. We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Emergency services are subject to separate terms and conditions.
